Firecraft BBQ
After my DW had her treatment today, I decided to try Firecraft. We both were very impressed with food, service and how friendly the other guests were. So, nice to be in a place were everybody was happy. The Owner came to our table and we found common ground and talked for a while. He is a great guy. This was our first time there. I highly recommend and anyone new to Kingwood, a little tough to find, but well worth it.

I agree, it's a little pricey but the food is excellent. I was very happy when they enlarged the seating area!

TXLobo: I wasn't impressed either All meats taste oven baked with a pan of water & wood chips on the side. Real BBQ doesn't 'need' sauce. Although I like sauce on the side.

Brought friends there last week. That brisket is so tender, I can cut it with a fork. And that Lemon cake was sooo good. Nice to have some different choices around and some homemade goodies. Love the squash casserole and spoonbread. And like it when menu changes . Plus, they have a rewards program.

Anything that's REAL food these days is, isn't it? :-)
IMO, for Seafood - Pappa's - for BBQ, FireCraft hands down!
Like - my budget can't afford it every day - but I'm not gonna stop going anytime soon!
