I knew it was a hard rain, but I think it rained even harder up in Humble! This just on abc news.

That's right by my office and yes, it rained HARD for a while. Hopefully, it's all drained off by now so I can head out to Kingwood.

You can't drain a pancake. Flat land + building everywhere = flooding.
