There is a dead tree in someone's backyard in Kings Forest bordering Kingwood Dr. It has been dead for over 3 months now. Perhaps branches fell on the power line.

Probably a transformer blew

Realitycheck : Agreed - 19 customers out would likely be a transformer. Replacement can take several hours depending on location.

Just yesterday I saw something you said to someone about AC upkeep - I walked into dh's man cave & said hey, buffaloglenn says people need to be doing this yearly. He did it that day. We just had the downstairs ac unit's motor replaced. Thankfully dh did not cancel last year's home warranty but this year we will. Just not worth the cost anymore. Worked out this year tho………..or did it? Happy 4th!
