Outbound Kingwood Dr from Woodland Hills Dr to Trailwood Village Dr was backed up as well.

There must of been possible CPR in progress since the ems supervisor was dispatched

I heard possible medical issue accident

I saw the accident, it was horrible! The driver who crashed it seemed like he wasn't wearing a seatbelt because he was almost thrown out of the car. He crashed with his arms, head and part of his body hanging out of the car window. I thought the car was going to hit me, but another car was in front and got hit! Terrible!!! 🙏🏻
