I went in not long ago and saw they moved things around again.

golfshot : How do you think this mystery woman knew you were having problems finding an item and needed help?I generally think people prefer resolving their own problems so it's not often that I give much attention to the common observation of people visually scanning shelves. I'd like to know what cues I should pay more attention to in order to notice people who may need help.

Thanks, I should pay more attention to notice people who may need help, and should find a way to ask that would be well received - I don't want to bother people that are trying to select from a range of options and would prefer to think it through without interruption.But I guess that's the nature of helping, where most people appreciate being asked, and only a small minority would be irritated by unwanted interruption. Gotta play the odds.

Where is little Kroger located? I'm not sure if I been there before.

The apps are good but only give you the aisle which is helpful. Some items are still hard to find.

Northpark. & West Lake Houston. It is basically a grocery store and, if I remember correctly, it has a pharmacy but not huge like the Kroger on Northpark and 59. It was nice in the late 90s when it was newer. It declined however I understand they have upgraded recently.

Clarabelle: Good to know there is an app that shows item locations. I will have to look for that.

Oh I thought that one was a regular size Kroger store. I know exactly where it is but don't think I ever been inside that location.

It's convenient, but not as large. Myself and DW like HEB for most things but the little Krogers you can normally get in and out pretty easy. However, since they moved items around it's tough. I was not aware of an ap.

I am Kroger shopper first with HEB second. The Kroger personnel are usually more friendly and helpful than HEB. Kroger sales are good and their gas points quickly add up and are accepted at Shell stations. When I moved to Kingwood I lived near the little Kroger and loved it.
