Until they complex responds, she can always go to Lowes etc and buy a can of roach spray and kill them herself. She can also spray outside her apartment for prevention.

I agree! A pest control company offered and I saw she turned it down 🤦‍♀️

I hope she is trying other remedies on her own. I would call the headquarters since mgr is responding.
I have been dealing with gnats/fruit flies for 2 weeks. They are so annoying. Amazon has been dropping off new remedies everyday.

sandykw : Oh I saw that. She has thousands of roaches crawling on her sofa and her outlets all over the place. She's contacted Elm Grove Apartments. I don't know if they ever did anything but it doesn't look like it if they did it didn't work. She's called 311 trying to get some kind of help. She's not the only one with the roach infestation at the apartments but it is so gross. I used to flip houses and there would be some house that had roaches that we had to get the pest control out for. But we did that with every house even if we saw no roaches we do a pest extermination. But none of them not one of them had roach infestation like that

Problem with apts is they are likely in units all around. Treating one apt is no long term solution as they will just keep coming back if ones around also infested.

We're coming from an apartment, just moved back into our house after the hurricane. We had an ant infestation. One morning 6am I woke up to make the kids' lunches, opened a box of Goldfish, and got attacked by ants 😭.They were inside the walls of the apartment. The complex sprayed every month, and I'd call them as soon as I started seeing ants again. I ended up buying those clear containers for everything in the pantry. I did everything I could to keep them at bay- sprayed ourselves too and eventually, I'd only find a few here and there. We had to pay for pest control through the apartment though but the pest control guy was cool and would say everyone here has this problem.
