Root barrier, replacement shrub

1. Easier one- I have one mature shrub in a hedge bite the dust. Would like a larger sized replacement so it blends.

2. Root containment system desired. Neighbors are having trouble with tree roots approaching driveways or slab. I would like to limit my risk.

Suggestions of trades people for these fixes? My lawn guy isn't this full serve.

Most foundation repair companies do this. Knight Engineering Services did mine along with some foundation repair. Their located in humble. They have been in business in the local area for over 40 years.
