Looks like the big SUV was going the wrong way on the Subway/Palomas side of Northpark and tge smaller SUV turning right (in the correct direction) "lifted" it up when colliding.

That'll buff out.

I saw it happen the white suv was stopped in front of me at the red light and then decided to run the red light and got t boned super hard on the passenger side. The car flipped and rolled. I'm glad no one died!

That's nuts. There's been a lot of these types of accidents in the last few months.

So many people are running red lights after the light turns red and they speed right through it. Today a driver to my left stopped at the red light and then went right through the light just missing the traffic going in front of us. Would not have been a pretty sight. What is wrong with stopping for a red light? We wonder why so many accidents and why car insurance is so high.

People are wanting to save time, like 39 seconds on a short drive. What they need to be worrying about is stopping and not killing someone. Just watch YouTube, there a lot of people in prison for driving recklessly, And killing soneobe. Follow the rules and hopefully it is just an accident that no one gets killed in. I can hear the cars racing again tonight. Kingwood drive should be a way to safely get somewhere. But 90% of people passed me today. I was going speed limit and cars were flying by 10 to 20 miles over the speed limit. Always be prepared to safely stop! Please quit driving like maniacs.

What made it worse in my opinion is that the car that hit them was speeding to get through a yellow light!

The impatience might be rooted in the folks that drive UNDER the speed limit-in the LEFT frigging lane to be specific!

It's because the Kingwood police are not doing their job and monitoring the intersections to catch the red light runners. Maybe they are waiting for a fatal accident before they come out and catch people running red lights. Or maybe the city has not assigned enough police to Kingwood to cover all the required work. The city loves to take the tax money from here with us getting little return.

According to a friend who knows the driver:One SUV blew through the red light and hit the other car, which flipped. Cars are in bad shape but injuries are limited to cuts & bruises thankfully.

FatCop: This is really interesting. Has anyone noticed the left hand turning arrow when exiting the Walmart(near the main entrance )onto Northpark? It leads you to believe you can make an immediate left into traffic heading westbound.
