Pct. 4 Deputies Catch Evading Driver Near NorthparkConstable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX Pct. 4 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 59 near Northpark Dr. During the stop, the driver began evading on foot. Shortly after the male was captured several illegal narcotics and a firearm were recovered from the vehicle. The driver was later placed in custody for evading on foot, unlawful carry of a weapon, misdemeanor and felony controlled substance. The driver was also showing to be wanted for Family Violence assault out of Harris County. Additionally a female was placed in custody for felony possession of a controlled substance.
