Dear Kingwood, They say it gets harder to meet people the older you get - and we're discovering how true that is. Life happens. People move away, change jobs, and face illnesses or hardships… before you know it, finding a real community feels harder than it should. My wife Tiffany and I recently moved to the area. While we're grateful to be here, the truth is, it's been a real struggle finding a church that still holds to a sincere, Bible-based faith - one that hasn't compromised, watered down the gospel, or drifted into prosperity teachings. Honestly, it's heartbreaking. Even this past Easter, it was hard to believe how many churches focused more on Easter bunnies and egg hunts than on the resurrection of Christ. It feels like a real sign of the times we're living in. A little about us:
I (Brandon) am a U.S. Army veteran and a former law enforcement officer. I now serve as the founder and ministry leader of the Tribe of Christians, a global evangelistic and prophetic ministry. My wife Tiffany, despite living with a rare brain condition that's required three major surgeries, works as a cashier at Aldi and is one of the strongest people I know. We both know what it's like to walk through difficult seasons and still cling to faith. Like everyone else, we're far from perfect - we have struggles and shortcomings. But our hearts long for authentic fellowship with others who seek a genuine, uncompromised walk with the Lord - people who love the truth of His Word, see what's happening in the world around us, and still have hope. If any of this resonates with you, we'd love to connect - even if it's just grabbing a coffee and getting to know each other. Sometimes, it just helps to know you're not alone. Blessings,
Brandon & Tiffany

Welcome to Kingwood and the forum. Lots of good suggestions. I hope you find the right church for you.
Thank you!
Thank you for the kind responses! At this point, we are just looking to build some connections and friendships. Unfortunately, we've done most of our research (and visited many) concerning the local churches in the area (and surrounding areas) and have not found what we are looking for.
Hello and welcome to the forum. Thank you for your military and LEO service.
