Just upstream from US59, Ryko wants to develop an area 20 times larger than Woodridge Village. MOST of it is in floodways and floodplains. Will we never learn? See the list of concerns.

As a family that was flooded twice in 2019 thanks to the Woodridge Village fiasco, it is both frustrating and amazing that memories are so short!

People come from outside the area and flooding is not even on their mind. When I first moved here from Long Island, I never gave a second thought to flooding. We had no flooding there so I never even thought to check on if the house I bought was in a flood plain.
