The kingwood fountain
I have a question. How do we get in touch with some who runs the fountain. ? I would like to honestly know when kids or adults put bubbles in fountain do they have to repair it each time or how often & how much does it actually cost ? Can we see the bill ? Who actually pays for the fountain? Is it kingwoodians? Have many questions about this & other things like the pond up front in kingwood ? Who takes care of that & who pays for all
This ? I am just wondering about all this

We do pay for all of it. I bet the pump does not have to replaced each time, but is definitely not good for the pump.

Cantaffordthis : I believe each HOA pays into KSA. KSA manages and pays for the fountain. Each time someone puts stuff in the fountain there is a chance it has to be repaired. It depends on the type of chemical they use to make the bubbles.

Cantaffordthis : You are welcome! Most likely the person who answers the phone will farm you out to someone besides Ethel. I seldom get to talk to her but she is the one who knows everything!

TEXASGIRLMAMMA :
I could be wrong, but I thought it was actually the property owner of the Town Center that has to pay for fountain clean up?

It is owned by the business HOA group. It is not city property.

So who pays for it ? Do our hoa fees for it or does this group pay for it themselves?

The local businesses have their own HOA. It is their money not a penny comes from residential HOA. It is not really called HOA it has a business group name and I cannot remember it. The property maybe city but the fountain is privately owned by the business group. No city money is used or Kingwood resident money. They take care of other things and I think the plan the festivals that go on in the Town Center park.
