On the drive outbound Kingwood Dr by Woodland Hills Dr this morning there was alot of trash scattered in the median. This afternoon I believe I saw the man who volunteers at the Recycle location at Park & Ride with a garbage bag in the median on the inbound side picking up trash. Thank you for keeping Kingwood clean & green.
