WLH is very dark between Northpark and before Mills Branch. I thought it was just me - not street lights out. Have you contacted 311 to add it to their list? They may ask for the number on the light.
Report it to Centerpoint at this website:

Centerpoint has an outage reporting site that works well:

Use this Center(no)Point site to report outages. It's pretty cool. Every single light is shown on the map, so you just click the light(s) and submit it (them).

I reported the ones close to our home off of Mills Branch to the 311 website. Miraculously, they work again!
Use the 311 app. When you create a Report a map will come up and you can select which lights are out and need to be fixed.

They do ask for the light pole number. So I said, you are asking me to park 6 blocks away, walk along a street with no sidewalk to get pole numbers? and she said "I can't help you without a pole number." There are some really dark areas along Kingwood Dr.
