FYI -- Trail Association Fee Received my bill today, looked at the due date and noticed it said Due: 07/01/2024. Then looked at when it was sent out -- June 26th. Underneath that box it stated late fees after August 31st. I decided to call and find out what's what. I explained everything to her, she put me on hold and went to speak to someone for an explanation. She requested that I text her a copy of the bill so she could show it to whoever she spke with. She did say: 1) they were late on mailing the bills out and, 2) that they made a mistake on the due date. She said she expects a lot of people to call in for the same reason.

My DH went in last week to pay the HOA and asked about the trail fee. They said they had not mailed and were getting ready to and were going to be due in August.

ZMAN : LOL, When they sent me a letter for my weeds I called them and complained about their weeds. I mean really now, the weeds are awful this year and the HOAs all have them to. They should not complain about my few weeds when they have them all over the common/pool areas of the neighborhood.

Lizvac : Thanks for the reminder! Got my association fee. Just paid tonight! Ugh. Have not received trail fee yet.
