From the office of Constable Kenneth “Rowdy†Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX *FUGITIVE CAPTURED* Your PCT. 4 Patrol Division after hours of searching, have apprehended and arrested a wanted fugitive - Charlie Nelson - for outstanding warrants near Mossy Street in New Caney, TX. This apprehension was heavily aided in the deployment of PCT. 4 K9 “Vic.†Nelson was additionally charged with felony Evading Arrest, as well as being a suspect for multiple pending theft cases in the area involving vehicles and firearms.
