Major Child Pornography Arrest in Texas Sparks Multi-Agency Effort 
On Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Investigations Division, with assistance from members of the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, the Huntsville Police Department, The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Walker County District Attorney’s Office, executed a residential search warrant located in Huntsville, Texas. The search warrant stemmed from the Montgomery County PCT 3 ICAC Detective’s proactive investigation related to the offense of promotion and distribution of child pornography into The Woodlands. The investigation found that the defendant, Gary Wayne Sutton, was associated with promoting and possessing thousands of images depicting the sexual assault of children. Sutton was charged with five counts of promotion/distribution of child pornography in Montgomery County. Sutton was transported to the Montgomery County jail and is currently being held on a $500,000 bond. Constable Gable’s Detectives will continue to hunt those who choose to hunt and exploit our children.

I'm serious…same thing with that guy who strangled and then shot his own sister in front of multiple people and then opened fire on several cop cars coming to the scene….a trial is needed? How about Carol888's son who was caught there with his gun and her dead body? Trials for what? So some slimy lawyer can try and find a loophole to get them off? Or, there's always the old contaminated evidence and police planted evidence? You say I must be crazy?? It worked fine for OJ Simpson.

When there is SO much evidence, yet They have SO many "rights"..where are the Rights of the children whose lives he dimmed, and may have Ruined?! He will probably take a plea deal, before voir dire, and save the taxpayers some money. Not that he Cares....
I'm beginning to see big flaws in this…if someone is caught red handed, why….must there be a tax payers funded trial when there is no doubt? So many of these cases clogging the system for YEARS don't need a trial to prove a guy shot and killed his sister in front of multiple people…smh. I'm not saying there shouldn't be criteria, there should be, but seriously some of these cases don't need a trial for the truth to be known.. I know, nothing will ever change.

All I'm saying is due process is great, when there's any element of doubt, question or complication. Someone caught in the act or they attack LE in front of the world? Cars full of gun shots? Some of these extreme cases of ZERODOUBT are wasting taxpayer dollars.
