Wanted Suspect Arrested After Traffic Stop in Harris CountyFrom the office of Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4:TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A WANTED SUSPECTOn April 1, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18600 block W Lake Houston Pkwy. The driver was identified as Eduardo Eligio. Further investigation revealed he had several misdemeanor warrants and an out of county felony warrant for Forgery through Brazoria County. “Eduardo Eligio was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail for the warrants. His bond and court information have not been set at this time.”- Constable Mark Herman
