DANGER -- CAUTION NEEDED!!! My neighbor and her husband were out on a walk on the greenbelt in Sand Creek and were approached by a police officer and told to exit the greenbelt immediately and head home. Apparently it was reported that there is someone walking the greenbelts in a black hoodie and armed with a rifle. Please beware, stay safe, and report any sighting to police. They are out in force looking for this individual.

I think we have to be extra alert these days and we have to be prepared to defend ourselves. I really hope this report is not true.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : So glad that I gave up walking the greenbelts when my dog passed. I just started walking on the streets in my neighborhood unless my DD or someone else was with me. NEVER alone.
