Deputy Detains Suspect for Carrying Illegal FirearmsCONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON On March 1, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2500 block of FM 1960 Rd East. The driver was identified as Travis Maddox. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of promethazine, an AR-15, two loaded firearms and that he had an open Misdemeanor Warrant out of the Humble Police Department and had two prior convictions for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. "Travis Maddox was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 4."- Constable Mark Herman
