He was armed and kicking in the door. She did what she had to do to defend herself and her home, and had every right to do so under the Castle Doctrine.

Justifiable. If she had not done this in self defense, you Know we would have been seeing a story on his killing Her, him going to jail, and now the kids have NO parents. Bet you a Benjamin that he had Promised (not threatened), to kill her, many times. He was a Credible threat, well documented, and she defended herself and her children.

She most likely saved her own life.

MissAmericanPie : It sounds like she reported it and he kept harassing her/them until she had enough and prepared for their safety. I personally would've done the same to protect my family and he probably underestimated the level of done that she was. It's sad that he was killed and thought he was going to get away from his actions again.

Kemibe : I disagree with that part. He was repeatedly terrorizing her. That's just sick and twisted. What gave him the right to do that?

donnatella : Wouldn't have had to terrorize me even once. If he attempted to break into my home he will be shot dead.

MissAmericanPie: I'm glad she did it for several reasons. Firstly, he deserved it. And, secondly, he will never be able to do that to her or anyone else again and lastly but also very important, we dont have to pay for his upkeep.
