Don't drip the outside faucets, just cover them and let faucets in kitchen and baths dribble a bit. Also open cabinet doors under sinks.

I don't think anyone drips their outdoor faucets; just cover them with either the styrofoam type cover or the insulated mitt kind. Also wrap the pipes by your main line shut off valve going into the house.

I close my bathroom doors, too, as the heat will bank up, to keep the faucets warm. I don't close the doors until I go to bed for the night. I close my bedroom door, too, as the heat banks there, as well
