Suspect Arrested for Open Warrant Following Disturbance Call 
DISTURBANCE CALL LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A WANTED SUSPECT!
On January 10, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Walgreens located in the 8500 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West in reference to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, the male involved in the disturbance was identified as Clarence Elliott. Further investigation revealed that he had an open warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. "Clarance Elliott was arrested for the Traffic Warrant and placed in Harris County Jail. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
