Arrest Made in Child Pornography Investigation: Over 22,000 Images Seized 
On Wednesday, January 3, 2024, Constable Ryan Gable's Criminal Investigations Division executed a residential search warrant at a residence located in Bryan, Texas. The search warrant stemmed from a pro-active investigation into the offense of promotion and distribution of child pornography into The Woodlands, TX. The investigation found that the defendant, Joel G. Garcia, was associated with over 22,000 images depicting child sexual assault material. During the residential search warrant several devices were removed from the residence as evidence. A forensic review of electronic evidence belonging to Garcia was conducted and he was found to be in possession of hundreds of images depicting infant and toddlers in a sexual manner. On the morning of January 10, 2024, five charges of Promotion of Child Pornography were filed out of Montgomery County. The Bryan Police Department assisted Constable Gable's Detectives in locating Garcia and he was arrested for the charges out of Montgomery County. Garcia is currently being held on a $150,000 bond in the Brazos County Jail awaiting transfer to Montgomery County.

Thank God Jesus makes prison visits free of charge….A couple weeks ago at The Galleria there was a dude offering to babysit toddlers so people could shop.. people actually took him up on it (🙄😮) and he took the 2 YO's into the restrooms and laid them on those wall mounted changing tables and sexually assaulted the babies. And had a cohort film it.
