I definitely agree about people doing time for commiting crimes. But I believe people can be reabilitated without spending a lifetime behind bars.

WTF : I definitely agree about people doing time for commiting crimes. But I believe people can be reabilitated without spending a lifetime behind bars.

3 or more means he's not rehabilitate-able.
And 20 years is not a lifetime. It is a good amount of time to keep dangerous people like this off the road.

Agreed - lock him up for a long time. That stupid smirk should cost him at least 5 years. He clearly don't care about who he could hurt!
