Start bombing them online with negative reviews and angry posts on social media. They suck as a company anyway. Tear them down.

Be careful. There are reports of men wearing fake neon vests casing homes pretending to be Comcast workers.

txblueeyes : Not just Sand Creek - happened in my neighborhood as well (no power cut but the internet line was and it affected my neighbors as my house property had a "hub".) it's annoying and I'm sorry!

Update
I am in contact with Aspen and will send more emails tomorrow. Meanwhile Optimum was also distressed at yet another Comcast and contractors mistake. Internet and cable were restored after 5 and a half hours.

Comcast's Manager of Construction for Houston, as well as Sr. Leadership are oblivious to the problems and are in complete denial. I had have Comcast service for 6 years and love it. While I am not personally impacted by the current construction nightmare, I contacted Comcast Leadership to let them know, as a customer, how embarrassing it is. I received a call from the Manager of Construction who was not fully aware of the problems. This was several months ago and the problems seem to be getting worse ! Work needs to be shutdown and halted until Comcast institutes measures to assure safe and damage free construction.

Shoot first , ask questions later.
That should be their motto.
