Thank you for this information. They haven't started installing in our area yet and I hope we don't have any issues with them

Has anyone noticed that Comcast sucked out good soil and replaced it with sand? I would think they would replace the last 6" with top soil so grass would grow back. The sand has settled to about 5" below grade in places. I will be calling it in shortly.

It's not limited to kingwood, oak ridge in Conroe they did the same thing with pipes busting etc. They are very aware and gaslighting the heck out kingwood. They didn't run a line to my house but feel bad for you all especially the ones who had flooded houses

I don't know who started the concept of using sand to fill in low spots. It always sinks and provides no support for grass to regrow. Please do complain. They should replace with soil and squares of grass.
