@luannski : I think it's a play on words referring to the Facebook group, "Flooding Kingwood w/ Kindness", that Mr. Abram heavily contributed to during Harvey. He went out of his way to support and help his fellow neighbors and was a leader and champion in organizing pick ups and donations. I hope the community is able to show tons of support and love to this man.
