They all scam! There are plenty of jobs and I don't even know why this isn't illegal!! Make the area looks bad!

Do not give money to anyone on the streets. Scammers or victims of human trafficking-- the money will not go to a good place. Better to give your hard earned money to HAAM or Society of St. Stephens

Are you surprised? Im not.. most of them are scams...
And people are constantly givibg them money.
