Arrest made near US HWY 59 for evading and drug possession

One in custody for evading in a motor vehicle, Felony Driving while intoxicated and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, near US HWY 59 and Townsend Blvd.

Great another one of the road, Felony means 3rd or more. Plus controlled substance, my quess, still low bond, and release.

Texasdad : Mmm they're doing time. They evaded a Montgomery County officer and got multiple felony counts. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Heathur : Harris county, don't even see a cell, it is like the DMV, 100s of criminals daily. You get a sandwich, cookies, watch TV and the call your number after a few hours even for serious crimes like aggravated assault with deadly weapon, and release, low bond.

Texasdad : I'm veryyyyy aware that Harris needs a major overhaul. Good thing this one wasn't apprehended there.
