Is There Light At The End Of The Tunnel For This Summer's Endless Heat And Humidity? Yes, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, that light is the Sun. And it's going to be blazing hot and bright for the foreseeable future. StormChaser : Damn you, Eric!

Heat wave These are going to be our actual high temperatures this week for Kingwood. (Hotter as you go north) Feels like temps will be 110°-115° by mid afternoon so please keep this in mind if you're working outdoors or if you're out and about. And PLEASE keep your PETS INDOORS. Heat advisories and Excessive Heat Warnings are in effect for the entire week. I'll post Space City Weather's forecast here when it comes out at 7am, but know that this week will be hot and dry. Next decent rain chance is a good 8-10 days from now. (Next week) Driving around yesterday, you could see that things are noticeably drier out there, so these temps & lack of rain are starting to show. New drought map should be out soon, which will show the severe drought conditions edging closer and closer to our part of Harris County. Burn bans for Harris will likely be put in place this week as well. Stay cool & Stay safe! ☀ï¸ðŸ”¥
