TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Actually they can pay taxes on their earnings. They apply for an ITIN and with a business they can pay through a corporate tax return. They can even pay their employees without a W2 by using an 1099 and report their wages. The Feds when it comes to taxes they just want their money.
