It's unfortunate that the City and County approve the building of more stores/shopping/housing yet you don't see any improvements or expansion to Northpark. It's only going to get worse with the increase in population/commercial growth. It should be the development firms financial responsibility to improve/expand existing roadway but I'm sure they will expect the tax payer to cut the check 👊🏻 4951

Pretty soon the only trees left in the livable forest will be those in our own yards. How many grocery stores do we need in one small area? Seriously. Better buy flood insurance yall.

Ruger5 : Well, Kingwood grocery stores like to live in pairs: 2 Randall's, 2 Kroger's, now H-E-B and **coughAldicough** will want in on the fun. 4951

KingwoodDotCom : Don't care. We have plenty of non-healthy food grocery stores in the area.
I want a health food store in Northeast Houston. Period. Why do we have to drive to The Woodlands or downtown? HEB and Kroger lack full range of organic food.
Pressure Wholefoods or Trader Joes to Kingwood area. Old HEB store in Kingwood is perfect location for Wholefoods.

SteveTexans : you picked the wrong place to live. You will never see a Whole Foods here, don't have the demographics. Even TJ is spurning the place. 4951

Kingwood is now inside a loop, the building won't stop until every square foot of land is used up.

Think how 610 was once, then the beltway, now 99, it's only a matter of time before they build another loop and Kingwood is buried.

A couple more floods and Kingwood will be very affordable to the masses, I remember when Humble was nice and I felt safe going there, even at night. 4951

KingwoodDotCom : I don't shop much at Kroger's. HEB has always been a preference. HEB will take over here like they did in San Antonio. 4951
