It's not like it's taking the United States to war with Iraq for false pretext. Free displays of art shouldn't be a crime. 4951

EvanCarroll: On my building without my permission - it is a crime!!!!!!Â It's called trespassing, destruction of private property!!!Â On public property it is defacing public property.Â And - your taste in art is not everyone else's taste in art!!!! Why should you subject everyone to your idea of art?Â I bet you drive around with your volume turned up to its fullest & your boom-box speakers vibrating just to irritate other drivers. I never said it should be taken down. So leave it up. And, if you catch the guy we give him props for the wicked tag. Putting someone through the "justice" system is expensive. No need in doing for a mere free art contribution. I like how you think.

I didn't miss the point-if you are truly a gifted artist, you would paint something useful, pleasing to they eye, not your stupid tag name or whatever you call that crap that he painted all over. Â I Â work downtown, I see plenty of murals on buildings and they look good. Â I also see the crap that punks go around painting on people's property. Â They deserve to be arrested, fined, and put in jail for damages. 4951
