I've been talking about his cognitive deficits for a while now. He's glitching more and more. Stress can make things worse. He's never been shy in the way he speaks, but he's slipping more. His combover isn't even done up to its usual complexity. Something's been off for a while, but I'm thinking it's getting beyond concealment now. He's going to start saying the secret stuff out loud soon enough.
