Tennessee Execution Fails

Believe it or not, it's fairly common! They need to bring back the firing squad to Tennessee.

All executions are barbaric.
J am wondering if yesterday's botched one was not God's will. Just saying it out loud.

Rapsalot : Maybe but then again do 4 viles and be done. It would be impossible for God to compete with that

That is not what my priest and toxicologist neighbor said.

Chow : How do you know 4 vials would have done the trick in this case?

SandyKnee : I'm thinking if they're runnin 2 viles then double it to be sure. Hell do 10 viles just do more than what they think is enough. Pump it full and juice it get the job done

Rapsalot : I get it….. it's spiritual but put enough stuff into someone it's a done deal. We're not machines

I don't understand but that happens a lot.

Chow : Thank you for the explanation. When I have had to handle this dreadful task, I wasn't looking at the needle but ..my sweet babies face.

Joe : It certainly would get the job done.

Chow : I agree. I have to wonder what the side effects of these injections will be for this woman? Paralysis? Brain damage?

Rapsalot : That was not God's will. That was the work of an incompetent person administrating the drug. This is his second botched execution. He needs to be let go to find another job. Yes, executions are not pleasant, but, it is what has to be done.

Cbear : We will have to see. I have to wonder how many tax $$$ have been spent on this person. I am sure it is astronomical! That is not right. The family of the victim has suffered enough.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I was reading that there are/were 7 other survivors of a botched lethal injection.
