Organizers need to check out who was running the Fulshear Freedom Fest on 7/3 at Fulshear HS. They had both fireworks and drones. No issues. Spectacular show for the 1000's attending.

It appears Kingwood is able to pull off the annual parade successfully, but struggles annually to pull off the evening festivities. Every year the same thread appears. Maybe, find an alternative for future July 4th festivities? I don't understand the need for Kingwood to host a firework show. It's time to move on.

#msg5959710SpaceCat : Not sure I would trust a reschedule. Better for them to get refunded what they paid and put the $$$ towards the next community event. That company could have told the organizers early enough about the issues where they could have let people know before they headed out and given them time to go find another display somewhere.

Galveston puts on a nice firework display. Valley ranch appears to be successful and nearest Kingwood. Then there's Freedom over Texas, sponsored by Shell, held at Eleanor Tinsley Park.
