some of these are great ideas, but we have places closing, since they arent getting enough customer traffic, as it is

Paris Baguette is supposed to be coming to the front of Kingwood Drive. Check out their website!

One of the problems facing small business in the area is the cost to lease/rent a good location. Landlords have to charge enough to cover the inflated taxes caused by the HCAD inflated and outrageously ridiculous values assigned to a property.
(You see it on your own property. Do you really think the value of your house goes up 9.99 % every year!? Did that 8 x 10 shed from Home Depot for $350.00 increase the value of your property by $12,000 over the last ten years, even though it is now collapsing and needs to be replaced.)

I second Cotton Patch Cafe.
Also, I would like to see a Willie's Grill Icehouse and P. Terrys.
Restaurants needed/wanted in Kingwood. A good bakery specializing in fresh bread. There was one, not sure of the name, but something like Grand Harvest. It was very good. Anyone knows what happened to it? More ethic take-out food like Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese. Yes, I know we have some, but most are just so-so Polish/Hungarian food. Anyone who has authentic Stuffed Cabbage, Pierogi, Kielbasa, or Chicken Paprikash will know what I am talking about. What do you think we need in Kingwood?
Definitively a Good Bakery, as per Harvest Bread I heard they where moving to New Caney but the contract for it fell apart and they never open, but I am not sure that was true. but also and Argentinian bakery will be great too.
For Oriental food I am happy with Hunan Garden but maybe another one will be ok. A Peruvian restaurant will be great in the area, after all is the #1 culinary destination in the world by the World Travel Award. Ha!
#msg5922527kingwooddiscgolf : Remember Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips? They were very good.
When is that new breakfast brunch place up front going to open. It seems like it has been forever - KeKe or something like that.
