Here's a basic conversation starter.
These are the current guidelines set by DHS that are applicable to the situation being protest.Department of Homeland Security (DHS) maintains specific policies governing how law enforcement officers (LEOs), including ICE and CBP agents, must position themselves near vehicles and when they may use force against them:⭐ Avoidance of Danger: DHS policy mandates that LEOs should always avoid intentionally and unreasonably placing themselves in positions-such as standing directly in front of a vehicle-where they would have no alternative but to use deadly force.⭐ Requirement to Move: When a vehicle poses an imminent threat, officers are expected to pursue all "objectively reasonable defensive options," which explicitly include moving out of the path of the vehicle before resorting to lethal force.⭐ Prohibition on Shooting at Vehicles: Discharging a firearm at a moving vehicle or its operator is generally prohibited unless the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject poses an imminent threat of death or serious injury.⭐ Disabling Vehicles: Officers are strictly prohibited from firing at a vehicle solely to disable it or to prevent a suspect from fleeing.⭐ Public Safety Considerations: Before using force against a vehicle, LEOs must consider the hazards posed to innocent bystanders, as a vehicle with a disabled driver can become an unguided "missile". The case of Kirby vs Duva from 2008 sets precedent that an officer can not use self defense as a justification for lethal force if they unreasonably place themselves in harm's way. Nor can an officer shoot at a fleeing vehicle for the sole purpose of stopping it because of the danger it poses to other civilians in the area. ICE does not have the legal authority to make a traffic stop and escalate the situation.

He was then put back into active service to repeat the actions he was admonished for with different and more fatal results. In his own video we see her say to him "I'm not even mad at you dude." Her partner was outside the vehicle actively chastising him. She didn't seem to slam hard on the gas until after she'd been shot in the face. His video didn't seem to show him being hit to any extreme measure. It did record him dropping his phone while shots were being fired. These can be seen from a variety of angles. After which he picked it up and said "******* *****".
More video shows the officer in question walking around after without apparent physical harm that would put him on deaths door. Video also showed officers delaying medical aid that was already available in order to wait for official aid to be applied. Did I miss anything in this summary?
Also, if anyone wishes to debate the rules, regulations, law, etc that can and in some cases should have been applied please feel free to reply.

Sophos2 : Lets say you are right. We will ignore it for now. So much video favors Jonathan Ross vs Renee Good. Audio sounds are extremely helpful too in the video. You could hear her reving the engine to ready the vehicle for ambush.
