This. Trust that they see the shenanigans and they are building a case towards that person. Those ppl think they are getting away but they're not... trust me. I worked at HEB back in college and the police arrested several cashiers who had been stealing money little by little over 3 months. They would get another cashier to check them out with cash and the cashier would give them "extra" money back. They ended up getting really bold when they thought they weren't being caught and boom... they were all busted red handed.

I do not think walmart cares anymore. Not the same company Sam Walton founded. If door checker stops a thief, may get hurt or sued. Easier to let them steal and raise the prices for everybody else and still make the millions for the owners and heirs. If theft gets too high close the store.
