Surely someone lives near this kid or knows the family. Print pics and tape them up to the light poles in the HEB and Krogers' parking lots. Also at St. Martha's and Second Baptist. Someone knows who this kid is. Someone please get him some help before he gets badly hurt or worse. As a former soldier I would not want to have to shoot some mentally deficient young kid, but if he breaks into my house I will do what I was trained to do.
