could be that they have a buyer for the space, or someone who wants to renovate and pay more for the space. I agree; hope it does not stay empty. Sad for all of the vendors that were here.

If you have ever been to Belks is so much like Stein Mart and they have terrific sales. They are in several cities in Texas. I believe the nearest one is in Lufkin. The one in Flower Mound is my favorite. I would love to see them in our area.

That is sad! Kind of strange because my DD got this from FB this morning: It is a shame they are closing and awful how they didn't even give the vendors a heads up.

EasyPeasy : Didn't know Belks was in TX. Grew up shopping there in NC and they always carried the better brands but haven't been in one in years. Steinmart had great men's selection until near the end.

Barbrandy : We bought lots of stuff there. There were always cute outfits. We will be missing all the vendors! Oh, and our little dog would go shopping with us. I would put a pillow in the little seat area and cover it all with one of his large binkies. He would sleep most of the time but was very comfortable there. He gets so excited when I tell him we are going to the Painted Tree. I'm gonna have to find another spot that allows pups to shop.

Well another bites the dust. So sad.

donnatella : How about another massage parlor. The constable and sheriff deputies keep raiding and closing all the fun ones.

Joe - I went in there one time and saw no need to go back

cheraust : I had looked and line and even though we didn't go much, my sister and I did enjoy shopping there. We went to the opening of one in Tyler where they explained booth rentals and all, this was before they opened there. Pretty interesting. We just didn't have anything to do a booth. lol.

EasyPeasy : I recently visited one that just opened on Preston Road in Frisco, it's a nice store, similar to Nordstrom Rack
