Genesis: Never have I walked into the Ace Hardware in Kingwood without immediately being asked if I needed help finding something. It a real pleasure to shop there.

Theoldman : As I said in the beginning, I had no problems in the past. Just this recently.

I think it's okay - you can vent! Positive customer experiences keep you coming back. However; a bad one will not. Hopefully, this was a blip. I love K&M because I can purchase my Sthil products there. Also, K&M does really great work with Sthil warranty issues.

I am firmly in the camp that wants to be ignored until I need something, I don't want to have to tell you I am just browsing or I am all good right now just because you feel the need to talk to everyone, if I need help I will come and find you, and every grown adult is capable of asking for assistance if they need it.

Went to Kingwood Lowe's several weeks ago. They must've done some research, because every employee asked us if we needed help. I will try Harbor Freight before Temu.
