HOA question

We hesitated, but did request approval for our whole home generator that was installed. I don't think our neighbor did and where theirs is situated, it's definitely not up to code. I mean how would HOA know? Just felt better having the approval letter.

I'm in Hunters Ridge. I did look up the document but this is all it said. I emailed them but they just referred me to Sterling Ridge. Do I have two HOA's?

I've cut a few trees down and never called them, however, yesterday just got a letter in mail because my front yard has weeds??

We lived in Elm Grove for 10 years and never had gotten even 1 letter-been in Sand Creek for 25 years and have an entire binder full

cbear : Agree 100%. Ethel is only interested in whats best ($$$$$$) for Ethel. I cut down two huge trees on my front lawn and never heard a peep. They were a danger to my home and my neighbors home. Ethel can worry about Ethel's trees, I'll worry about mine.

Ticagro : You know....I would detet a job working in HOA office knowing that the majority of people coming through the door have an issue of some sort.

Mimis : Yep....sounds about right! Sigh. I used to get (rarely) a letter about my trash can being visible! Heaven forbid others know that I make trash! LOL~!
