billcherie2 : Really? I know I have one across the street from me. All is well. They are quiet and the yard stays mowed.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I did mine this morning. I had to take 2 breaks. I used to be of the mindset "Get er done". Now I say "sit down before you fall down". 
Lizvac : Or the owner is billed for monthly maintenance till its sold to a new owner.
PeterBee : I have a feeling that this isn't the case here. If you saw the house you'd understand why.
Lizvac : I have seen houses like what you describe , once in a while up close and personal, and others in pictures. I think unless the roof leaks or the last owner was a hoarder, spend money to clean it up and tell the current owner THIS will happen or (b), a big lien will be put on the house when its sold. Did that house flood ever ?
Lizvac : I know the house you are talking about. It is just weird the cars have not moved in a really long time. Boy Scouts delivered mulch to that house, I think by mistake. I would hate to live close to that house.

PeterBee : No, I don't think it flooded. Every time I drive past it I'm hoping to see some movement to clean it up or knock it down. So far nothing. It's a shame that the neighbors have to look at it.
