1836 : I definitely agree that it's not 100% illegals and criminals. I have been to Colony Ridge though, and I will admit that overall its pretty effin' rough, but the people that live there are real human beings. chasinghosts : Colony Ridge is in Liberty & Montgomery counties between New Caney and Cleveland. To the best of my knowledge, Liberty County Sheriffs Office, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, & State Troopers are the agencies that deal with them. Some reports say they're labeled a "no-go zone" and I know for fact that's untrue. Police definitely respond to them, and the calls are typically pretty rough, but they are human beings and the entire situation is super unfortunate. The Colony Ridge developers pulled some pretty shady **** and it's become a big ordeal. It's honestly pretty sad. This discussion has been locked.
