Deputies arrest Cameron Beck on 5 child pornography warrants

I don't know the particulars of this case, so I am not passing judgment. However, the bar should be extraordinarily high to "let off" criminals accused of certain crimes like commission of a crime while in possession of a firearm, felons possessing firearms, attempted murder, murder and yes, pedophilia. All of those crimes show higher recidivism rates and those that commit those crimes pose a grave danger to the public. Regardless of if you are liberal or conservative, facts can be found to back that up. I just don't understand why these people evade long prison terms so "easily".
