I can't see an acre there being worth that price, that's really high. I guess a couple of times a year some homes could be considered riverfront. 😂 You can get a lot more acres for that price by moving out to the country. I enjoyed my time in that area but I'm so happy we moved, there is a whole different life you can live by just moving up the road. 4951

Ron is also (started his career as) an architect. He has designed some amazing homes, including one for Debbie Reynolds. He has an eye for quality and will make sure things are done right. May not be a bad investment if you have the money! 4951

I just don't see that many existing homes being demoed. These are good homes, most with sweat equity. Maybe I'm being gentrified and don't even know it? 4951

@Roulette : More than likely they won't flood but if they do it will take a flood that would make Harvey look like it came from a summer shower. It's a misconception that Forest Cove floods theirs only a few streets that do and Northshore at the end of Hamblen isn't part of Forest Cove. Only a small part of the Forest Cove golf course is at the bottom of the hill. 4951
