I told my mom the same thing, if she gets out of jail so soon she will run right back to him. When she got out after 10 days she hasn't seen him but he also cannot be found. If she doesn't learn a lesson from all this she will keep making the same mistakes I agree with you so much. 4951

I'm not shaming anyone, I am just coming back at anything totally rude. I didn't like the comment saying maybe it's me the reason she is the way she is. I have never even lived with her a day in my life, I wasn't even raised with her or anything but I do know that she shouldn't be doing time for his crime, that's all. I'm sure if anyone of you had a sister that was set up like this you would defend them too. Easy to say you wouldn't. YES she is guilty for staying with someone like this. johnnisalinas: You are right. It's not your fault at all. She made her choices. She chose the boyfriend. You will never be able to talk her into better choices. You can't make her choose better guys. You can't make her get off of drugs. You can't make her get rehab. You and your family have to wash your hands of her as much as it will hurt y'all, she won't care. She has to have tough love. You and your family have to be stronger than her drug addiction. My aunt went through this. It's not easy. It took years for my cousin to get herself straight. I just wanted all to know that my sister just got out of court today at 1:30pm and a new court date was set for her case to be dismissed. She will not go to jail because they know that Taylor had retaliated against her for the fact that he went to jail for beating her right before. God is good. Now it's up to her to stay away from this low life and turn her life around. Thanks to all who had positive input on the story. 4951
