Is it near Elm Grove Elementary School? Â I have never been in that section. Â I wanted to be close to 59 for an easy commute to downtown. Â It is terrible that divorce changes your life so much that you can't have what you once had as a couple - I know - I have gone through the same thing. Â

TXCheri: The area immediately surrounding EG Elem is Elm Grove. EG joins up with ST. I love the location. Someday I hope to get a lake house I can run away to whenever I want lol!

@topcatWhere there is a will there is a way. Â I had been looking at homes/condos near the water...I once lived down the shore in NJ a block from the beach and miss it. Â However, I noticed that FEMA flood insurance rates are out of sight for homes near the water. Â BOO! 4951
